紅蘿蔔炒蛋
材料:
紅蘿蔔1/2條
雞蛋3顆
醬油1匙
鹽1匙
做法:
1..紅蘿蔔去皮切絲,用1匙醬油醃約5分鐘備用。
2.熱鍋,加入沙拉油,將打好的蛋液放入鍋內炒散盛起。
3.再放少許油,將紅蘿蔔絲放入拌炒,再加入剛炒好的蛋,炒勻,最後再加入鹽調味後即可。

METHODS:
1.Skin and Slice the Carrot,with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce for about 5 minutes spare.
2.Wok and add an cooking oil to the pan then have mix already an egg put into the pan for fried in scramble.
3.Stir-fry the carrot into,then add cooked scramble egg stir well, then add some salt.

BAHAN-BAHAN:
Wortel 1/2 batang
Telur ayam 3 butir
Kecap 1 sendok
Garam 1 sendok
CARA MEMBUAT:
1.wortel dikupas kulit, iris tipis, 1 sendok kecap direndam 5 menit.
2.panci panas, tambah minyak,tambah telur yang telah diaduk,masak hancur dan diangkat.
3.tambah sedikit minyak, masukkan wortel diiris tipis,masukkan telur yang telah dimasak tadi, campur rata,terakhir tambah garam.
แครอทผัดไข่(泰國)

แครอท 1/2
ไข่ไก่ 3 ลูก
ซีอิ้ว 1 ช้อนชา
เกลือ 1 ช้อนชา
วิธีทำ
1. แครอทปอกเปลือกออกหั่นเป็นเส้น,ใช้ซีอิ้ว 1 ช้อนชาหมักประมาณ
5 นาทีสำรอง
2.ร้อนกะทะ ,ใส่น้ำมันลง,จะวางไข่ลงในกะทะจานผง。
3.แล้วใส่เกลือลงหน่อย ,เอาแครอทที่หั่นแล้วลงผัด,แล้วเอาไข่ที่ผัด
เสร็จ,ผัดให้ถี่ถ้วน,สุดท้ายก็ใส่เกลือลงปรุงรฮก็เสร็จ。

Cách làm
1.Củ cải đỏ gọt vỏ cắt sợi, dung một thìa xì dầu ướp khoảng 5 phút.
2.D ùng nóng chảo, cho dầu vào, đap trứng đổ vào trong chảo xào
3.Lại đổ vào lượng dầu nhỏ, đổ sợi củ cải đỏ vào xào, lại đổ vào phần trứng vừa xào, xào đều, cuối cùng lại cho chút muối sau đó cho gia vị là được.
